This tea has an incomparable jasmine character with a full flavored cup and delightful aromatic nose. Extremely smooth, rich and luscious. The tea is produced by layering freshly plucked jasmine petals with an exceptional; hand plucked green tea from Fujian Province. If you enjoy Jasmine tea, this exceptionally high quality blend will not disappoint!

Mass Market teas typically have a 5-6% antioxidant level. This tea has a high antioxidant level of 9.05%

Hot Tea:
- Boil water and let cool to 176F/80C
- Steep for 2-3 minutes (longer=stronger)
- Use approx. 6-8 pearls per cup
- To re-infuse use higher temperature/less time

Iced Tea:
- Pour 1 1/4 cups boiled water on 25-30 pearls
- Steep for 5 minutes
- Pour into pitcher while straining leaves.
- For a quart of tea add ice & top w/cold water
- Garnish and sweeten to taste
